I am Becky Weil, photographer and artist located on the banks of the Ohio River, with over 14 years experience in photography and graphic arts. I have been an artist as long as I can remember. My mother was a painter and she inspired me. I studied to be an Interior Decorator and learned quick that it wasn't the industry for me. I had an Olympus film camera back in the day and became hooked on photography as a way to express my art. Years go by, I continued to upgrade cameras and equipment while photographing my outdoor adventures and my children. There came a time when my passion for art was held captive while I worked long hours and raised a family. So, fast forward to today, I have quit my day job to launch Evening Bee Photography and I took the leap into wedding photography. The Evening Bee Photography team includes my talented daughter, Erin. As a mother daughter team, we are a powerful duo of expressive and enthusiastic artists. Our approach to photography is a pleasant mix of traditional, artistic and photo-journalistic styles. We are attentive to the little details and emotional moments. We love to travel and look forward to our next adventure as our weddings take us to beautiful destinations and remote locations. We also have a studio location in Ripley Ohio that we create vintage and traditional portraits. Our team also consists of student photographers that assist and learn during wedding and studio sessions.
